Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn’t learn a lot today, a least we learned a little, and if we didn’t learn a little, at least we didn’t get sick, and if we did get sick, at least we didn’t die; so let us all be thankful- Buddha
Let us all be thankful for today because we will never the future ahead of us.
Yesterday is not ours to recover, but tomorrow is ours to win or lose. Everyday is gift that is why we call it present.
We need to understand and be thankful for the things that we have instead of focusing on the things that we don’t have.
If we do so, we will ultimately get the happiness that we always want. Yes, we are bombarded by problems but least we are still alive and strong to fight for it.
Nothing is more important than living in the present. Evaluate yourself and list all of the things that you need to be thankful for.
Live each day as a gift. Treating a day as a gift will do so much difference in your life. You can now focus on self-development.
Try new things instead of allowing yourself browsing on social media and watching the lives of other people unfold in your own eyes.
Most of the people post only the good things that happen in their lives and you will always question yourself why is not happening with you.
Stop benchmarking your life with others. Comparing your life is the gateway to sadness and depressing.
In addition, move on and use the resources that you have today and focus on developing yourself.
If you are addicted to a game in your smartphone and it takes at least three to four hours of your time, uninstall it.
Live each day as it is your last. Do the things that are bot beneficial to you and the people around you instead of comparing scores to the game that only drains your energy.
Let us all be Thankful
Furthermore, we live in a world where everyone is displaying their material possession and unlimited supplies of fashion trends and luxury getaways.
Flicking through your phone is a never-ending cycle of happiness and depression. You will be amazed by the emotions that it can do to you.
Our smartphones are both a blessing and a course. For the most part, it gives us the ability to communicate directly wherever you are in the world as long as you have a signal.
But, it also impedes us from being progressive. We even limit our brain from doing a simple task like basic math.
As a result, we are becoming more depended on the device. We don’t memorize things because this device does it for us.
Let us use the body that we have today. It is beautifully and wonderfully made and we should be thankful for it.
Like everyone else. It is still ok to a goal and works hard for it. But if on the process you discover that you are not happy to learn to let go and move on.
Find your passion and focus your energy on it. Life is not about advancing yourself to be above others.
You are here because you have a purpose. This is the purpose that you need to discover on your own.
But find happiness in everything that you do and everything will fall back into its place sooner than you think.
