Do not let ANGER Define you as Person

Don’t be Angry with people who are not weak. That is the mark of a coward. There are plenty of things to be angry about in the world– people wielding Political or Religious authority who have been blinded by money. That is the kind of evil young people should direct their rage at. Be angry about that, and you’ll never lose your temper about trifling matters.

Don’t be Angry. For every minute you are angry you lose sixty seconds of happiness. We have all experienced to be angry at some point in our life.

Some people say that anger helps you relieve stress because you were able to vent out your feelings.

However, anger comes with a lot of emotion. Most often, our ideas or opinion about the situation doesn’t come across clearly because anger already clouded the thought of the listener.

Anger is defined as a strong feeling of annoyance, displeasure, and hostility.

Anger doesn’t solve anything. It builds nothing but can destroy everything.  When you are angry and at the pick of your emotions, don’t speak ill towards other people.

The words that you cast can’t be retrieved. It often cuts a deep wound that takes time to heal and oftentimes doesn’t heal at all. Besides, your apologies will not do anything. They might say that they forgive you but forgetting is another word.

We are angry all the time. Furthermore, we are sensitive to even small things that don’t really matter.

Everything is a big deal for us. Nevertheless, anger doesn’t do us good. After the emotion subsides you will feel self-guilt and remorse after.

It’s not a good feeling. In addition, It leaves us questioning every decision that we made our entire life

Avoid Anger

Anger is a temporary emotion. But, the words and action that you made during the height of that emotion can sometimes be a pain in the ass.

People will judge you with a single act that you made. They easily forgot the situations where you emerged as a good person.

Instead, focus your energy to the things that will make you productive. Control your emotions first before it controls you. You should be the master of your own self.

If you are angry with me, talk to me and don’t roast your brain alone. And, if you are tensed let us find a way out, don’t struggle alone.

Never go to sleep angry. Because you never know if the person you’re mad at will wake up the next morning. Always forgive because you never know if you’ll talk to them again.

Things happen. Get over it. Always forgive. You may not forget but it’s better than knowing you’ll never get to say sorry again.

If it won’t matter in 5 years, don’t spend more than 5 minutes angry about it.

Don’t dwell on anger. The emotion will only drain you emotional, mental and physical energy. It creates an imbalance in your system that can also make you ill.

Live life without anger. Learn that the only way to come together is through respect. Whatever backgrounds and opinions we have, respect is always the key to work together in harmony.
