Worries and stress does not take aways tomorrows trouble’s. It takes away todays peace.
“Once upon a time a teacher walked around the classroom while teaching stress management principles to a group of students.”
As he raised a glass of water, everyone expected they’d be asked the typical glass half empty and glass half full question. Instead, with a smile in her face, the teacher asked, “ How heavy is this glass of water?”
Students shouted out answers ranging from eight ounces to a couple pounds.
Worries plus Stress
She replied, “From my perspective, the absolute weight of this glass doesn’t matter. It all depends on how long I hold it. If I hold it for a minute or two, It’s fairly light.
And If I hold it for an hour straight, its weight can make my arm ache a little. Holding it for a day, my arm will like cram up and feeling completely numb and paralyzed, forcing me to drop the glass to the floor.
In each case, the weight of the glass doesn’t change, but the longer I hold it the heavier it feels to me.
As the class shook their heads in agreement she continued.
In the same fashion your stress and worries in life are very much like this glass of water. Think about them for a whole day and nothing happens.
Think about them a bit longer and you begin to ache a little.
If you think about them all day long, you feel completely numb and paralyzed- incapable of doing else until you drop them
Worries and Stress
Being idle and thinking about something that you can’t solve is a waste of time. Instead focus your energy on the things that you can control.
Nonetheless, it doesn’t mean that you need to forget your worries and stress. You are giving yourself to break to make your mind and body relax to face them head on.
In addition you might be in a situation that is seem impossible to deal. Know this you are capable of greater things. This to shall pass. Never dwell on them.
Too much of something
Then again abundance of something is not good for us. In contrast, worrying and stressing too much are steps towards self destruction.
Relax and step out to catch some fresh air. Inhaling though your mouth and exhaling slowly through your nose will allow you to calm your nerves.
Meditation is also an effective step to relax. Let inner peace surround your being.

Life in itself is beautiful. It’s full of mystery. Despite of all the struggles that we encounter, we emerge as a stronger person.
Remind yourself that everything ends on the right time. Let the problem pass. Struggles and worries are merely a stepping stone to ones evolving self.
The future is in front of you. Learn to be patient and pass though life with serenity. The beauty of life is that you can choose your own path.
Regardless this path leads you to a much greener pasture. This might not be the life that you dreamed of. this is the life that was destined for you.
In other words, worry less and enjoy every moment. Stress less and you will discover the true meaning of living. Uncover the key towards your life desire.
Above all no one is perfect. Each of us has struggles and worries that are beyond our ability. This only means that we have grown. And that life is throwing us a challenge. Passing this challenge will be our rudder towards living peacefully.
